We have just hired one of our most racially diverse classes of tenure-track faculty ever at Haverford. The Provost’s Office will be carefully following retention and successful progress through to receipt of tenure.

In addition to the steps inventoried here, the Provost’s Office is also implementing additional best practices for recruiting and hiring visiting faculty in order to increase the numbers of historically underrepresented candidates and resulting hires.
