Campus Climate Survey

Issue a campus climate survey for staff, faculty, and students, configured for each constituency.

Under the leadership of the Interim Chief Diversity Officer, the Climate Survey Working Group (along with the help of an external consultant) is developing comprehensive campus climate surveys for faculty, staff, and students. These survey will be open from March 22 - April 22. More information is available on the Climate Survey website.

Given extensive over-surveying of the campus community in Spring 2021, the IDEAs Council launched a short, focused, post-strike climate survey for students this spring, and will focus on a comprehensive campus climate survey in the 2021-2022 year, to be directed by the new interim chief diversity officer. Results from the spring survey will help inform and shape the character of the larger instrument.
