Board and Corporation Diversity

The Corporation shall explore ways to more quickly diversify the composition of the Corporation and the Board of Managers, to which it nominates many members.

The Corporation held an open meeting for worship on 4/24/21 across Board and Corporation membership regarding significant changes to its bylaws and membership processes, and the proposed bylaw changes were approved for the first of two times as required. A group of Corporation members also taught an antiracist learning session that all present joined. The Corporation formally re-engages with the question of proposed bylaws change in Spring 2022, when a second approval would be required to finalize bylaw changes.
